25 Jul 2004 - Dragon Boat Race
The Dragon Boat Race day went well although the weather could have been kinder. Rotarians enjoyed the fellowship which came about by all the Rotary Clubs in Northampton working together on this one big fundraiser for the Cynthia Spenser appeal. This is also the major project which we are undertaking for this the Centennial year of Rotary.
We know that the event was a financial success, funds raised by the Dragon Boat Race looking like £30,000+. Thanks again for all the help and support.
